Why Should I Join?
If 2020 taught us one thing it is to pause, slow down, put our health and wellbeing first.
Most of us have dreamt of the ‘dream body’, attempting diets and restricting ourselves from eating our favorite foods to achieve a better physical body. What if the key to your best body is through accessing the multiple aspects of self through Mindfulness and Meditation?
We believe that weight management is not only related to your food intake but also your emotional status, sleeping pattern, and other lifestyle factors. We have designed our “Two Steps Forward” Mindful eating and Meditation program to guide you through the art of presence and mindfulness while helping you achieve a healthy relationship with food; whether you are looking to manage your eating habits or lose weight in a holistic and sustainable way.

About the Event
Why do you eat? Are you really hungry? We don’t always eat just to satisfy physical hunger. Many of us also turn to food to comfort ourselves, relieve our stress or just to satisfy our cravings.
During this session, you will learn to identify the different types of hunger and respond appropriately, helping you reduce your overall food intake.
