    Most of us have dreamt of the ‘dream body’, attempting diets and restricting ourselves from eating our favorite foods to achieve a better physical body. We have designed our “Two Steps Forward” Mindful eating and Meditation program to guide you through the art of presence and mindfulness while helping you achieve a healthy relationship with food; whether you are looking to manage your eating habits or lose weight in a holistic and sustainable way.
