About the Seminar:

What exactly are chakras, what is their function & what happens if you do not pay attention to them? Some of the questions we seek to know, and to put all the confusion to rest.

In this workshop, you will not only learn about each chakras main function & how they affect our everyday lives, but also how by balancing them we can achieve a unison between the mind body & spirit.

After an interactive learning session, we will delve within our own chakra systems by doing a meditation scan & see which of our chakra might be calling out for help & which one is expressing itself the best.
