About The Seminar:
Traumatic incidents that occurred in our childhood, stay embedded and suppressed in our subconscious, and surface in our adult life when triggered by the environment. This causes us to repeatedly respond in the same manner with toxic negative emotions, which limit our self-growth. What we don’t repair, repeats!
Inner child work is the process of contacting, understanding, embracing and healing your inner child.
In this session, you will discover how our mind stores various types of incidents that can occur at different ages, identify those traumatic incidents and then heal and integrate them to create a healthy and whole adult through hypnotherapy.
