    About the Meditation:

    Somatic healing is a bridge between your psychology and the way that you experience your emotions in the body. Here we like to personify the mind & body connection focusing more on the body, which helps bringing change. Somatic basically means relating to the body and is based on the idea that the things that happen in a person’s life, including negative experiences, are not only stored in the mind but in the body as well.

    Somatic therapy can help a person learn to use their bodies, trust their bodies and notice when they are having a physical response (feelings) to something going on in their minds. It opens up room for the communication to happen between you and your body. It might sound a little odd since it’s 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐨𝐝𝐲, but you’d be surprised how many people have never been taught to consider their body as a part of themselves that holds and feels the impact of life.

    If you’re curious and want to learn what Somatic Healing is and how to communicate with the body or listen to it, join me for this Seminar to learn some somatic approaches, tools, and tips to be a friend to your body.

    We all carry tension from past and present experiences, and that tension can manifest in our bodies and prevent us from experiencing true peace.

    This will help in healing your physical, spiritual, and emotional self with a three-step approach to finding relaxation: recognize, take responsibility, and forgive. Applying the method and finding healing through breathwork, restorative movement, meditation, and yoga nidra — tools to help you turn inward and balance your body and mind. With continued practice, these sessions will transform the way you see yourself and experience the world around you.
