About the Workshop:

Healing is an act of merging all aspects within you. Sometimes our life struggles or day-to-day practical life situations push us deep into the habit of disconnecting with our selves.

This can pile up many emotional needs, desires and as well as make us a withdrawn or even numb to our emotional upheavals, which can lead to further pain in the long-run.

This Sunday join us at the Centre to explore the emotional body by moving and embracing your emotions that are somewhat buried deep within us.

This therapeutic and artistic therapy will make us release a lot of pent up energy stored in our emotional body. To elevate this journey even more, you can wish to bring your own set of pencils, crayons or paints to spill it all out on a canvas, a piece of paper or a journal.

This journey is led by our Master Energy Healer, Hifza Jillani for a two-hour deep dive within ourselves and will be followed by a light vegetarian breakfast.
