About the Workshop:

We all look for security in relationships. Every interaction, every conversation, every situation and each little moment that we experience with the other person is an opportunity to either establish and build that security or destroy it.

So You all might have noticed that, despite the general chaos of human behavior, there are certain recurring behavioral patterns we all tend to have, and probably up till now you have noticed that one cannot always understand and predict human behavior. When we interact with others, we’re actually playing these patterns in the form of some psychological games, an unconscious behavior —from playing power games to sexual & intimacy games and then some more competitive games. Most of these behavioral patterns are destructive and are being played unconsciously. By understanding and recognizing these psychological games we play, we can start to take control of our responses and develop more fulfilling and secure relationships.
