About The Meditation:

The seven chakras are the main energy centers of the body. Chakra translates to “wheel” in Sanskrit, and a wheel of energy in the body. It is like a vortex of energy within the body.

Open and aligned Chakras allow the energy to run through the body freely, thereby, harmonizing the physical body, mind, and spirit.

The meditation will align the energy and begin the free flow of energy in and around the body. The more aligned your chakras are, the more light you feel, the happier you feel and a happy state allows you to be more creative, receptive, nurturing, and much more.
