About the Meditation:

Most of us are often so occupied with our daily lifestyle of work and travel that we end up forgetting about the lighter side of our existence. The one that’s meant to nurture, love, and relax with grace. Each one of us have both-the feminine which is the Yin and masculine which is the Yang energy within our systems. However, with the increasing worldly competition and pace, we tend to leave behind and forget to acknowledge the Yin side of ours.

We involve ourselves in activities that require more of our efforts and energy in the Yang area. And this conflict and practice ends up creating a huge undefined block in the portals and important energy centers of our femininity. Starting from a simple thought to manifesting a discomfort in the body that goes beyond control, it can create havoc in our daily healthy lifestyle.
