The journey of a human being is about growing. We have seen plants growing in the direction of light, this phenomenon is known as the Heliotropic effect. The journey of being human is not so different from a sunflower.

The journey of a human being is about growing into ourselves, into the being we truly are. It’s about embodying and then emanating our human values and shining that onto the World around us.

Helios meditation is about going into our bodies to find our truth and let go of what we carry often & which we may not even be conscious of. Helios Sessions combine somatic movement, neurogenic tremors & breathwork, allowing us to penetrate deeply into our bodies, to reset our limbic system, and release stress, tension, & emotions whilst bringing alignment and connection within ourselves which can be profoundly transformational.
