About the Meditation:

Life feels a little more intense these days at home, work, and out in the world. When life begins to feel more intense the more we have emotional problems and the uncertainty creates the most difficulty. As much as we would like to know and control the more you have anger and sadness, through this meditation you will go on a trip that allows you to slow down, turn toward these feelings and see the bigger picture, release anger and sadness with presence, compassion and self appreciation. Through listening to healing frequencies of tuning forks, and the awakening bell.
