About The Meditation:

If you attract a lot of jealousy, pain, hurt, sadness, or even betrayal in life, and more often than not you feel that god or the universe is punishing you, this meditation is for you! All that you attract is based on what you send out exactly like how Newton said, “every action has a reaction”.

Karma literally means the actions that we take and with what intent we took the action. It’s the sum of our existence across time and space and is mainly governed by the spiritual law of cause and effect and wherein the action and intent behind it becomes the driving force as to how the future takes shapes. Karma is like a wave that has gone through you and that wave comes back with the same intensity and force. The source however may differ but eventually what you send out is what you receive.

Usually the karmic hurdles that you get are very heavy. So, to cross those hurdles, you need to have awareness. Awareness of the karmic contracts that you share with some of the key people in your life. Of the parts that they trigger in you as those are the parts which require the deepest of healing.

Create space for forgiveness, healing and transformation with Karma healing because it is extremely powerful as energy is not bound by time or space.
