The Mystical Movement which refers to Sufi whirling or say technique revealed the nature of reality and the key to transcendence.

It harmonizes with cosmic movement, the spiral of space and time that expands as it grows outward. According to Sufi thought, everything in the universe-from the atoms in our bodies to the planets in our solar system- is spinning in love and submission to the divine power of creation. When whirling is done physically that movement does two things: it makes the heart the center point of rotation, teaching us to live from the heart instead of the mind; and it aligns us to a cosmic rhythm that anchors the body to the earth while allowing the soul to explore higher realms of existence.
