About The Training:

Level 1: Basic Integrated Clinical Hypnosis for Beginners

The Hypnotherapy for beginners course offers a great amount of personal resolution as the knowledge and practical exercises within the curriculum is known to give great benefits to help you deal with issues such as relationships, childhood, understanding how we perceive the world and then respond based on our perceptions.

This is also the stage 1 certification course towards obtaining a professional qualification in integrated clinical hypnotherapy.

1. Brief History of Hypnosis – A recap of the evolving science of hypnosis, from its historical origins rooted in ancient tribes to the science of hypnotherapy practiced in present day

2. History and Development of the Human Mind – The Evolution of the Human Mind and its progressing shift from animal to primitive man to the development of human intellect and how this intellect affects emotional and physical break down. Physiological response when faced with conflict, fear.

3. Theory of the Human Mind – Explanation of the Evolution, Structure and Functioning of the Human Mind. The dynamic interplay of the conscious and the subconscious mind in our life. Misconceptions Addresses. Illustrating the limitations we create and the powerful potential the mind has.

4. Introduction to Dreams –The different types of dreams we have and what they represent.

5. Theory of Physical/Emotional Suggestibility: 2 types of ways in which we process information in our minds – An amazing insight, based on behavioral studies which highlight how different minds based on their childhood and upbringing process the same information completely differently. Once we understand an individual’s suggestibility we are able to gain wisdom and insight on how to create harmony, by communicating effectively in relationships by accepting the other person’s perspective.

6. How to Hypnotize a willing participant – Removing Misconceptions, Addressing Core Issues, Building Rapport for further therapeutic application

7. Addressing issues such as Self Esteem, Self Confidence, Stress Management, Goal Achievement and concentration

8. Suggestions based therapy – How to plant positive suggestions in the mind, to reverse negative thoughts/emotions and belief system.

ONSITE GROUP EVENT ORGANIZATION

• Minor Events such as 1-2 Hour Meditation Class and Workshops | Max of 8 Participants Only
  • If you are vaccinated, It is mandatory to send a copy of your Vaccination Card or the Al Hosn App Confirmation in advance.
  • If all participants are vaccinated, wearing a mask is not mandatory following the 2-meter social distance. It’s advisable to wear it if you will be closer to each other and if necessary.
  • If one participant is unvaccinated, It is mandatory for all participants to wear a mask at all times.
• Major Events such as Full-Day Training Courses and Workshops at the Center | Max of 10 Participants Only
• Major Events such as Full-Day Training Courses and Workshops Outside Illuminations | Maximum number will depend on the venue.
  • If you are vaccinated, It is mandatory to send a copy of your Vaccination Card or the Al Hosn App Confirmation in advance.
  • If all participants are vaccinated, wearing a mask is not mandatory following the 2-meter social distance. It’s advisable to wear it if you will be closer to each other and if necessary.
  • For unvaccinated participants, It is Mandatory to take a PCR Test
    within 48 Hours of the event. Please send the PCR test confirmation
    in advance and send the Result once you received it to our
    WhatsApp Numbers.
  • Rules may change from time to time and we will update you
    accordingly.
  • For Onsite Events – Please proceed to the 4th Floor, 409 Reception for Attendance, Temperature Check and other precautionary measures.
  • For Events outside Illuminations – Attendance, Temperature and other precautionary measures will be double checked at the venue.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

• Please be advised that we cannot be able to accommodate you for a
  certain event without the Vaccination Confirmation or PCR Test.
  • Liability Agreement

• Applicable for all Full-Day Training Courses and Workshops that requires the participants to take off the mask, a non-liability letter will need to be signed by the client upon registration or confirmation of Joining.
• Applicable for Vaccinated and Unvaccinated clients (with PCR Test)
• Kindly fill out and complete the Non-Liability Agreement Form That Will Be Sent Via E-mail and WhatsApp.
• Please be advised that some of our Group Events will be held in a hotel in
  order to accommodate all our clients. We will advise you as early as
  possible prior to the event for the final venue.

ONSITE GROUP EVENT GUIDELINES & PRECAUTIONARY MEASURES:

The well-being of our clients remains top priority following the precautionary measures in place in all our branches:

• Please arrive at least 20 or 15 minutes prior to the session to allot a time for the parking, precautionary measures and final preparation.
• MASK IS MANDATORY Before entering the center. The waiting area will be outside the 409 Meditation Room.
• All the temperatures of the Employees, Facilitators and Clients will be checked daily using the Thermal Monitor. All clients who have symptoms and temperature above 38° Celsius will not be permitted to enter the center.
• Sanitizers are available at the Reception, Therapy and Training Rooms.
• All employees and clients must wear masks at all times as soon as they enter the premises. Non-compliance will lead to denial of entry.
• All clients must wear masks at all times during Group Events.
• Maintain 2-meter Social Distancing at all times.
• Disposable cups and utensils will be provided.
• Online course, training and sessions option available.
• Deep Cleaning with sanitization.
