About The Training:

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that harnesses the vibrational power of sound to promote holistic well-being and restore balance in the mind, body, and spirit. Rooted in ancient traditions and cultures worldwide, this approach centered around the mystical Tibetan singing bowl, to induce a state of deep relaxation and resonance within the individual. Sound healing is increasingly recognized for its potential to complement traditional healthcare practices, offering a non-invasive and accessible avenue for promoting overall wellness and fostering a connection between the individual and the healing power of sound.

The training is comprehensive of the following topics:
– How does Sound Healing work
– Science and Art of Sound Healing
– Different Tibetan bowls and how to select yours
– Benefits of the ancient Sound Healing Tibetan system, relationship with planets and
energy centers
– How to use the Tibetan bowls for chakra diagnostic and alignment
– How to produce binaural beats with Tibetan bowls
– How to perform one on one Sound Healing sessions safely
– How to hold space for healing and transformation
– How to connect with your intuition to guide the Sound Healing session

The participants will receive a certification and will be able to safely perform one on one
Sound Healing sessions for clients.

Sound Healing and Reiki Master Teacher

Sonia is a certified Sound Alchemy Master and Reiki Master Teacher, with vast experience in conducting remarkable sonic journeys for relaxation, healing and recognition of the true inner resonance. Sonia’s offerings are unique as she combines several Sound Healing instruments with chanting, body movement, art, breathwork, and Shamanic Ceremonies.

Being a Mechanical Engineer and a professional Musician she delves into both the science and art of Sound Healing, bringing this combined wisdom into her teachings and workshops. One of her soul’s missions is helping others to discover their unique voices through special processes of toning and spiritual connection. By understanding how sound is produced within the body her clients are able to overcome fears of speaking or singing, and to share their voices with others for healing and positive transformation.
