About the Training:
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use. It also works in conjunction with all other medical or therapeutic techniques to relieve side effects and promote recovery. This Reiki course is unique as it not only involves Reiki, but goes deeper into the science of understanding the root cause of energy blocks based on thoughts and emotions.
In the Reiki Level 1 course, you will learn the following:
– Understanding of Reiki
– Learn how thought processes affect the energy levels and clear energy blocks using specific affirmations
– What is Reiki
– How does Reiki work
– What can it heal
– History of Reiki
– Attunement and how it works
– Reiki 1 attunement
– Combining crystal and aromatherapy with your healing for more efficacy
Standard treatment with all hand position for treating another person and self-treatment as taught in Reiki. Plenty of time is given for practice and discussion on each point.
