About the Workshop:

كثيرا ما نمر بتحديات في حياتنا ، قد تكون متعلقة بعلاقاتنا مع الآخرين ، او بصحتنا ، أو بالعمل او بالمال أو بجوانب حياتنا المختلفة ، و نعمل جاهدين على فهم هذه التحديات و محاولة التعامل معها، و لكن بلا جدوى ، لأن السبب الحقيقي لما نمر به من تحديات يكمن في العقل اللاواعي ، و ليس في العقل الواعي ، و العقل اللاواعي مرتبط بكل ما مر بنا في حياتنا من تجارب شخصية و مرتبط أيضا بما مر به أباؤنا و أجدادنا ، فكما نرث منهم نقاط قوتهم و خبراتهم و نبني عليها نرث أيضا نقاط ضعفهم و مشاكلهم.

في هذا اللقاء تشرح لنا سما بهجت كيف تعمل هذه التقنية و كيف يمكن أن تساعد الأفراد و العائلات و حتى الشركات و المؤسسات على فهم تحدياتها و أسبابها و التعامل معها ، و تحويل ما يتعلق بهذه التحديات من نقاط ضعف إلى نقاط قوة تدفع أصحابها إلى الأمام.

إن هذه التقنية لا تنظر للإنسان على أنه وحدة مستقلة بذاتها ، و إنما تتعامل مع الإنسان كجزء من كل كبير ، و هذا الكل لا تحركه الصدف العبثية و إنما هو محكوم بقوانين تغمرها الحكمة و الدقة و الرحمة و التسامح ، هذه القوانين هدفها الارتقاء بالوعي و بلوغ السعادة بسهولة و يسر ، كل مانحتاجه فقط هو فهم هذه القوانين و احترامها بدلا من الوقوف ضدها.

Sama has always been interested in understanding people. What motivates them, what makes them do something and not do other things, how do they manage their relationships and why, and many other questions. She worked as a tour guide in Egypt for 15 years guiding Italian tourists in the different pyramids, museums, and temples of Egypt. She enjoyed a lot working with people explaining to them and learning from them as well.

In 2011 after the revolution and the big changes in Egypt she started her journey in the world of self-development. She studied Enneagram and personality types, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Reiki, Life Coaching, Family constellation, and Mediumship. Being a medium herself since she was a child, she is famous for being highly intuitive. With her intuition, she helps her clients go down to the point and reach the root cause of their suffering and get out of it.
