About the Workshop:

Chakras is a Sanskrit word that means spinning wheels of light. We are body, mind, and spirit; however, we are also made of energy. The Chakra system is a map of the human energy field.

There are 7 main chakras that relate to different regions, organs, nerve clusters, meridians, emotions, thought patterns, human consciousness, and like microcosm to macrocosm they also relate to time, space, geographic locations as well as human history and evolution.

The Chakra system is a fascinating system and tool used and integrated by many different cultures. The chakras are said to be the 7 keys/map for transforming consciousness. Understanding the chakras is the gateway to understanding ourselves.

This course of 7 workshops is designed for you to explore the Self and the Chakra system through a collection of modalities, including philosophy and understanding, breath-work, yoga, group Reiki, meditation, mindfulness, sound healing, movement therapy, self-awareness journaling and creating and performing art. By attending each week, you will walk away with specific knowledge and education as per each Chakra's healing with specific foods, affirmations, mantras, mudras, essential oils. In addition to the above, a special healing crystal will be gifted individually by Reiki Master Hifza Jillani after each Chakra workshop to empower your journey and make yourself your own healer.

This workshop includes:

– 21 hours TRAINING and HEALING.
– A crystal is to be provided based on client’s assessment.
– Manual for EACH Chakra per session.
– Guidelines, exercises, assignments, lifestyle coaching including their nutrition, activities, relationships counselling & write ups for review later are provided.
– It is a 7-week journey that includes a mixture of my modalities; breathwork, guided journeys, psychic readings, yoga, psychological counselling, Chakra balancing and alignment, flow and body work, vision board manifestations and Reiki group healing.
– This Workshop/Course is designed and produced by me exclusively to meet any client’s needs at any point in their journey towards transformation.
