About The Workshop:

Family Constellation is a process based on the understanding that unresolved traumatic events from one’s family lineage can be transferred and continue to influence the future generations. These transgenerational events or patterns can emerge at any time and may manifest as relationship issues, conflicts, illness, blocks etc. to name a few most commonly experienced things.

The Family Constellations Workshop enables participants to:

– Resolve misunderstandings, entanglements and blocks in family and relationships

– Break cycles of disconnection, alienation and dysfunction

– Address parenting problems and painful family situations

– Deal positively with severe illness

– Uncover reasons for physical and emotional suffering and take steps towards healing

– Understand the larger picture of any life situation.

This work is very experiential and cannot be fully understood by merely reading about it. To fully experience it, join Ruchika in this Group Family Constellation Workshop.

Ruchika’s personal healing journey started more than 2 decades ago when she received her first attunement, making Reiki a part of her daily practice since then. During her quest for self discovery and empowerment, she has experienced phenomenal personal transformation. This has led her to delve deeper into the understanding of various holistic approaches through the years, to continue her self-development and support clients in exploring the healing power within them. Balancing this with family responsibilities and the corporate experience of over 15 years in different sectors ranging from Real Estate, Clinical Research, Medical Transcription and Training has been instrumental in her growth.
