Tatva Retreat – Unlock the Divinity to Experience the Heaven Within

    Overview of  The Retreat:

Experience activating the five elements within, at high vibrational, clutter-free spaces that not only connect you to the divinity but also activate the very essence of your being.

Be it the cosmos or we humans, a part of this vast universe, it is constituted of five elements or the pancha bhutas – earth, water, fire, air and ether. These five elements are the basic building elements of our body and the physical reality that is entirely connected with our soul consciousness, the frequency of the soul we are.

This frequency is the frequency that we reverberate at to make people, things, circumstances and situations work for us. Healing these five elements can not only open gateways for success, prosperity, and abundance but also can alter realities across time and space. One’s body is the vehicle through which one experiences everything. When the elements or the components that make this body are healed, experiencing things becomes easier for the body. Healed five elements allow the body to become more viable to create possibilities and make things work. And, healing these elements in exceptionally high vibrational spaces will shift and transform our consciousness. While vice-versa also holds true. As when you heal, you can connect with nature a lot better. Cosmic downloads become easy as your consciousness upgrades. All it takes is to be at the right place and at the right time! Are you ready to experience the magic in the most magical land in the history of mankind? The way humans have aura, places have an aura too. There are few geographical locations in India which have a strong auric field and align with the energies of the earth. Hence, when spiritual healing and meditations are done in such places, they inherently become more powerful, thereby facilitating deeper healing, downloads and advancement in knowledge. We would indulge not only in meditations, sound healing, breathwork but also make it more experiential at the body level. Trek in the deep forest, fire ritual, village walk along with other activities would be a part of this retreat. Beginning in Amritsar which quite literally stands for “the tank of nectar of immortality”, we would first soak in the purest of vibrations at Golden Temple, a sikh gurdwara in the heart of the city. A high vibrational energy vortex,

Darbar Sahib or Golden Temple is a sacred space powerful enough to heal the very core of your being. Next in Kartarpur Sahib, Pakistan we connect with the element of light with the light Himself. It’s believed that Guru Nanak Dev ji spent his last days here and eventually merged with light. At this shrine, we would activate the light within as we breathe in the essence of His enlightenment to transcend all the suffering of life. This day is essentially going to be healing the element ether by becoming aware of the highest wisdom from the essence of the teachings by Guru Nanak Dev ji. The next day we would travel to the most picturesque state of India, Jammu and Kashmir. Kashmir is like that jewel which beautifully sits in India’s crown. Nestled in deep forests, set alongside the Sindh river, Sonmarg which literally means “the meadow of gold” is going to be our abode for the next five days. Here, we would do most of our rituals including the water element ritual at Dal Lake. Fire ritual along with sound healing to heal the solar chakra along with the fire element. We would also do other adventurous activities like forest walk, trekking, village walk to heal our parts and overcome our limitations.

    Brief about the Healing Processes:

Ether Element Ritual – In Kartarpur Sahib, we will heal the element ether which quite literally means space though it still has a sense of physical dimension. To connect with this element, it’s essential to go beyond human physicality and tap into that which is not. It’s like tuning into the universal wisdom which has existed for years now but cannot be accessed outside. It’s an inward journey.

In the land of Nanak, we will tap into that potential through deep meditative processes and get exciting cosmic downloads. Upgrade our software, and the soul frequency i.e. consciousness. Water Element Ritual – Water has memory and time and again in the past it has been proved. When we do something with the water, its molecular structure changes and hence performing a water-based release ritual will not just heal our patterns but also change the very texture of our being. At Dal Lake we will perform a deep water-based ritual with the help of healing crystals to release the Generational trauma that we hold within our DNA. Releasing the Oaths, Vows or curses across time and space from within and around our family and family members. Earth Element Ritual – Earth element is the very basis of the physical creation and manifestation on earth. Associated with root or muladhara chakra, to balance and heal the element earth, it’s essential to connect with it. Connect with the very source of your being. We are made of earth and that’s what we go back to being. To heal the earth element, we will not go for forest walk but also village walk along with tree hugging as a ritual.

Fire Element Ritual – Associated with the solar chakra, without the element fire, there is no life. However, on the contrary, fire can be seen as both life-giver and life-taker, hence balancing the fire element is essential. Through fire ritual with shamanic drumming, we heal our solar and bring a sense of balance. Air Element Ritual – Self-Expression was the gift that the universe gave us as we evolved from animal to being human.

As we progressed socially, the social norms programmed us negatively, not to express what we think or what is right and what we believe in. Generations of suppression and repression that has caused all the internalisation is the root cause of the most important chakra in our system to get the imbalanced or diseased. The element air, if used to our benefit with activation of the throat chakra can give a boost to so many aspects of our life. Through air rituals we can bring our life on the path of self-actualization and spiritual awakening as air is the most easily accessible element.

Hence, breathwork then becomes an important practice to heal the throat chakra. Releasing the generational victimisation blue prints from the throat by activating the Air Element will be like sowing the seed of the universal form of compassionate love to flow through us that boosts our deservability. To Ask from the universe for what we truly are meant to receive.

    Brief about the Place:

Amritsar, literally the Pool of Nectar, derives its name from Amrit Sarovar, the holy tank that surrounds the fabulous Golden Temple. Second largest city of Punjab, Amritsar is known across the globe because of the presence of the venerable Golden Temple. Golden Temple or Harminder Sahib is the holiest sikh shrine that sits in the heart of the city. An energy vortex, this shrine attracts not just sikhs but people from all walks of life. With the essence of the Sikh Gurus, this place’s aura is radiant, serene and has a healing presence. Apart from this shrine, there is more to Amritsar. Among other sights is Jallianwala Bagh, site of the gruesome massacre of unarmed Indians by British troops. A major tourist attraction these days is the Indo-Pakistan border crossing at Wagah, just a short distance from Amritsar, with its elaborate change-of-guards drill with a lot of strutting and intimidating showing off by both sides. The city is also known for its handicraft, phulkari along with the food.

Gurdwara Kartarpur Sahib, also known as the Gurdwara Darbar Sahib, is located in Pakistan’s Narowal district across river Ravi. It is one of the most significant historical and spiritual places for Sikhs. It’s believed that the first Sikh Guru, Guru Nanak Dev ji had arrived in Kartarpur between 1520 and 1522, and spent the last 18 years of his life there. It was in Kartarpur where he laid the foundations of a Sikh religion. This place holds the very essence of the spiritual master along with his teachings and wisdom. The Kartarpur Corridor was thrown open in 2019. The Kartarpur corridor connects the Darbar Sahib Gurdwara in Narowal district of Pakistan with the Dera Baba Nanak shrine in Gurdaspur district Punjab, India.

Kashmir on the other hand is like a jewel on the crown of India. Often referred to as the “paradise on earth”. Nestling in the lap of the dazzling, snow-capped Himalayas, the Kashmir valley is an inspiration for so much art, music and poetry, a nature lover’s dream and a shopping hub. Kashmir is not just a place but an emotion that every person would want to experience. With the sound of gushing rivers, aroma of pine trees, shiny waterfalls, the vibrancy of saffron, rise of azaan and an unfathomable calling, picturesque surroundings and the lush green forests, it makes for the right location for a spiritual retreat. Sonmarg, which means “Meadow of Gold”, is a picturesque hill station in the Kashmir Valley. Situated at an altitude of 2800 metres and adorned with a majestic glacier, meadow, dense forests, and snow-capped mountains makes Sonmarg an ideal place to unwind and rejuvenate.
